Could you tell us something about the role?

"It is a very nice commercial role in which you support both the purchasing and the sales team. In fact, the new candidate will take over all administrative tasks," says Esther. "For the sales department you can think of entering orders, working out quotations, processing requests in files for PM and for purchase!"

"So you actually work for the same purchasing department," Karolien adds. You check order confirmations and invoices, keep an overview of container schedules and shipments, enter shipments and guarantee follow-up schedules. You also check late deliveries, but you do that for the sales department just as well. Actually, there is a lot of overlap."

Who exactly are you looking for?

"Someone who knows how to get to work and who fits into our teams," says Karolien. "There is a Kempish mentality at MULTIFIX. Everyone is willing to work hard, but there is always time for a joke!"

"Exactly! In addition, the new candidate must be accurate and stress-resistant. Within this role, it is also important that someone is flexible (after all, you switch between both departments) and can plan well. An organisational talent," Esther adds.

How are your experiences with MULTIFIX?

"Never start," jokes Esther, to which all three of us laugh. "It's nice here and there is a very pleasant, family atmosphere! The fringe benefits are also very good!"

"We have both been working here for years," says Karolien. "Esther for almost 25 years and I for 17 years now. I think that says it all! It's a really nice company and especially the colleagues are very pleasant!"
